毎年7月12日に行われる御田植祭は、伊佐須美神社最大の祭りであり、県内でも屈指の本格的な祭典です。この祭りでは「獅子追い」や、農家の長男が女装して踊る「早乙女踊り」、午後には「神輿渡御」や「田植式」が行われます。特に田植え歌は中世の名残を留め、福島県で最も古いものとされています。
